Avengers

I am extremely excited about Avengers-Age of Ultron. Avengers Assemble and Captain America-Winter Soldier are two of the best action movies so have high hopes for Ultron.

Tattoos

Today at baby group the gossip was about tattoos. When asked if I had any I whipped up my top and got my chest tattoos out. I have 14 tattoos and often feel tattoo envy in that I don't have enough/the ones I have are dated. I do have a tattoo hoard on pinterest, where I keep images I will hopefully one day get inked.

Getting home after a busy baby group is bliss. This morning's group was so chaotic and noisy it's made me crave a stint in a sensory depravation tank. Proper heart yearns.

Watch Play Doh princess shit. This is marginally worse than Kinder egg reveals as there's often a person doing a weird voice and roll playing. Kill me now!

Stitching - Robin

I got a free Madeline Floyd stitch kit from a magazine last month and I just finished his punk ass bad self. Think I might put him in a frame and give him for Christmas.

I have enough stuff left to make five more of these. I just did a little sick in my mouth at the thought of doing more of these.

This is Reeva Steenkamp. She was brutally murdered by her boyfriend Oscar Pistorius who shot her multiple times through a locked bathroom door. Yesterday he was sentenced, 5 years in jail of which he will have to serve 1/6th before being eligible for house arrest. People, this is what your justice system looks like. Women, 10 months is the most your life with be worth.

Want: Faun Ears.

Faun ears, who wouldn't want some? Maybes some shaggy pants and some blue contact lenses? Not necessarily scary enough for Halloween but pretty cool anyway. The inspiration for a faun costume came from Leah Kelley Photography's faun photo shoot.
